Coming from the Middle East, Domingo Suadi, later known as Domingo Suárez settled with his wife Antonia, in the highlands of Boquete by the year 1900.

They planted the first 70,000 coffee trees on a 70-hectare site in the region knwon as Alto Quiel, the coffee-growing area considered “the best coffee-growing region in the world” in terms of the quality of the coffee produced.


The Suárezs couple were pioneers in the cultivation of coffee and began a long family tradition that was continued by their children: Eliseo, Delia, Amado Juanita, Vidal and Venacio;  as well as his grandson Isaac M. "Tito" Suárez.

As a tribute to grandfather Domingo and "mamita" Antonia; the fourth generation Suárez uses its original recipe in which the aroma, quality and flavor of this coffee.
